Returns Policy

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 20 days after the product is received. Please send a photo of the goods to hello@thecryptidstore.com and we will get back to you.

If something arrives damaged, send a photo of the damaged goods to hello@thecryptidstore.com, then we'll send a replacement at no cost to you.

Change of mind

If you change your mind after receiving the product (i.e. you chose the wrong size or color), we only offer store credit after the item is sent back to us in its original condition (shipping at the buyer’s expense). The address will be provided to you via email.

My order is late

If your order hasn’t arrived by the intended date Tracking is provided on all orders. Please contact the mail carrier if your parcel does not arrive on time and quote the tracking number provided in your shipping notification email.

What if my order gets lost in the mail?

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 20 days after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We'll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you. We will confirm with the customer that the shipping address was correct and that they have discussed with the shipping carrier to try locating the lost order.

Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered but the customer thinks they haven't received it, we cannot take responsibility and reship that order.

Wrong address provided

If a customer provides an address that is considered insufficient or incorrect by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. The customer will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address.

Color Matching Disclaimer

There aren't many things our incredible DTG process can't achieve! However, it is important to note colors may look different on a real product than what you see on your computer monitor. Even if you have calibrated your monitor to a specific color profile, there are various factors that influence the final appearance of colors on a printed product.

Because of this, we can’t guarantee 100% color accuracy.

When is a white underbase used?

The white underbase is always applied when the design is: • Colorful • White or has white elements • Entirely black and will be printed on a black or very dark grey garment Note: White Fleck Triblend and Ash colors aren’t 100% white and an underbase may be used on these if the design contains white elements.

It all depends upon what you ordered and where you are located. We have fulfillment centers right across the globe to ensure your package arrives as quickly as possible. Generally, orders are fulfilled within 1-2 business days.

It all depends upon what you ordered and where you are located. Live shipping rates are provided for you in the cart. For some customers, depending upon what you have ordered, you may receive items in separate orders. You will be notified of each tracking number via email.

Don't worry! The vinegary smell is part of our curing process which helps to preserve the colour and longevity of your print. We also recommend washing your garments before wearing. Pop it through a cold wash cycle and it will come right out.

Unfortunately, once your order has left our warehouse, it's out of our hands - literally. If there are shipping delays or your shipment is lost, please contact your Shipping Carrier directly with your tracking number. Please see our Policy above.
